Measurement improves software development

Peter Mancini has written another excellent blog post entitled “Measurement improves software development“.

In it, Pete discusses how we started down the path using F1 (or F-Measure) to develop and improve one of our current products, GeoLocator. This approach to using measurement throughout development and software refinement is taken much, much farther in a new initiative we will be announcing in coming weeks.

Watch the Digital Reasoning company blog and here for more on that!

Jeremy Gossett has posted a fab-o interview he did with our co-colleague Matthew Russell.

In it, Matthew talks about Dojo, how he started writing for O’Reilly, his upcoming OSCON talk on using Dojo’s GFX graphics project, and other things.

If you are involved with Web development, especially Ajax, check out the interview and Matthew’s book. Recommended.
