I finished my first ever Tulsa Run 15k today in 1hr 23mins 10secs (official net time). My GPS recorded 9.38 miles run in 1:23:13, for a pretty comfortable 8:52 min/mile pace. Oh, and 1,165 calories burned so I didn’t have to feel too guilty about that Espresso Love Gu energy gel mid-course. 🙂
I enjoyed the sights along the way in downtown, Cherry Street, the Utica Square area, Woodward Park, and Riverside. My full run stats are on DailyMile (click here) and below is a map of the course.
