- Ran 6.41 miles in 1 hour and 5 mins and 51 secs and felt great. Nice sunrise through a little bit of cloud. #

- Sunrise from the ridge top along my hilly running route. I try to make it up here in time to see the sun come up on weekend long runs. You can see some of the Ozarks in the far distance.
