Empowered partners to design, create, and deploy successful C++, Java, and script based applications by developing and delivering technical sessions at key developer and decision maker events while orchestrating Nokia Developer Platforms technical articles and demo coverage worldwide.

Sun Microsystems, Menlo Park, CA (1999-2004) Technology Evangelist / Staff Engineer

Created and delivered keynotes, technical sessions, and code level Hands On Labs worldwide. Published widely on Sun technologies and initiatives. Created and maintained the Java ME Archive to drive adoption of that key Sun platform. Responsible for communicating Sun’s wireless, grid computing, and security strategies to developers, network operators, and manufacturers worldwide.

Silicon Graphics, Mountain View, CA (1996-1999) Software Engineer

Designed and implemented Java interfaces for MediaBase streaming media server product. Set corporate strategy as a member of the SGI Java business team. Designed and executed test suites for SGI’s version of the Java Media Framework and the Cosmo Code Java IDE (one of the “Top Ten Software Products of 1996″ according to IEEE Computer Graphics and Applications magazine).
