		<description>I&#039;m very sorry to hear that, Peter.  Is there an Apple store near you that you could visit to get it fixed asap?  Or barring that, an AT&amp;T location?

I didn&#039;t experience any error messages, but the update did take more than an hour to complete on my iPhone!  Caveat emptor to everyone else reading this!!!</description>

The apple support page listed above was worse than useless.  Even microsoft does a better job with support.  I&#039;m furious.  I cannot use my phone until this problem is fixed, and apple sure as hell isn&#039;t helping - in fact, they caused the problem.
